A: Yes, we do. We ship to worldwide using available shipping methods.

Q: How will I know how much my shipping will cost?
A: Just add items to your cart and click on the “view cart” button. Click Calculate Shipping . select your countrie select and state and ZIP code / Postcode . We will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total, including all shipping costs to the destination country.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We use USPS & Fedex . Depending on the total weight of your order, available shipping methods will appear in “calculate shipping cost” section.

Q: If I choose the FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?
A: Yes, we do! All FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the top of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time. FedEx doesn’t ship to PO Boxes.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: If your order is shipped via international registered airmail, tracking is not available. It’s delivery confirmation service that gives you the date, ZIP Code and time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted you will get the date and time of attempted delivery. If your order is shipped via USPS you can track the progress of your package(s) on your country’s Post Office Tracking Website.

Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order?
A: If you haven’t received your order within expected delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate your claim, tracking your parcel to see if there has been a problem with delivery, and making claims for lost parcels with the post office.

Q: Can you gift box my order?
A: : Yes, But For US and Canada Only for international we are unable to gift wrap at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
